Dr. Herman Scales
 Dr. Herman Scales has dedicated his life to serving and helping people, regardless of background or economic status. He is a dynamic teacher with a commitment to “sowing the word into the hearts of men, women and children.” He envisions a multi-cultural, multi-ethic ministry where men, women, and children are empowered through the Word of God to live victoriously in every area of their lives.
Dr. Scales’ spiritual parents are Pastors Dwayne & Kitt Brewington of Victory Christian Church International in Gaithersburg, MD. His spiritual mentor in the ministry is Bishop I. V. Hilliard of New Light Christian Center Church in Houston, TX.
Pastor Scales holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Christian Education by Freedom Bible College and Seminary, he is currently working toward his Master’s and a Doctorate in Theology.
